Pre-Sale items are comics that have already been released, but are still in transit to us or awaiting final processing. Pre-Sales allow you to secure limited variants and exclusive covers before they officially arrive in our inventory.

📦 When Will My Pre-Sale Ship?

We ship all Pre-Sale items as soon as they arrive in hand.
You’ll receive tracking information immediately once your order has shipped.

🛒 Can I Combine In-Stock and Pre-Sale Items?

To avoid delays, please place separate orders for Pre-Sale and in-stock items.
If combined in a single order, the entire order will ship once all items are in hand.

❗ Are Pre-Sale Purchases Refundable?

Because Pre-Sale items are ordered in limited quantities specifically for each customer, all Pre-Sale purchases are:

  • Final sale

  • Non-cancelable

  • Non-refundable

If a shipment is delayed, allocated, or arrives damaged from the distributor or signing event, we’ll contact you with your options — including a refund or replacement when available.
